Grooming benefits include healthier skin, reduced matting and comfort, and is not limited by the seasons.
Can I stay while my pet is being groomed?
For the safety of your pet, we request that you are not present during grooming. Dogs seeing their owners tend to get excited and move around.
At what age can I start getting my puppy groomed?

How much does it cost?
The actual price will be determined upon evaluation of your pet. Size, condition of coat, style, temperament are all factors.
Do you groom sedated dogs?
No. We do not groom sedated dogs. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel your pet has been sedated.
Do you groom elderly pets?
We welcome senior and special needs pets; however, their comfort comes first.
Do you groom aggressive dogs?
Safety and well-being of your pet is our #1 concern. We will assess your pet's behavior to determine if we can safely groom without risking injury to the pet or our staff.
What information do you need for first appointment?
We will need proof that your pet is current on vaccinations.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, we prefer our clients to call for an appointment. This allows us to spend needed time with each pet; not compromising comfort and quality.
What If I need to cancel an appointment?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment. This will allow us to book a replacement for your vacated appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time and “no shows” may be subject to $25 fee. After 2 cancelations or no shows, you may be required to prepay.
